Insinúas Studio exclusively processes data that individuals provide voluntarily via direct email to hola@insinuas.com to inquire about our casting or production processes.

The data processed in contact and casting processes are:

Name or pseudonym: to identify the applicant.
Email address: to manage communication.
Age / Date of birth: to strictly verify legal age of majority.
Photographic/videographic material: voluntarily provided by talent to evaluate their profile.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

Data is processed for the following purposes (Art. 6 GDPR):

Casting management: performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b).
Age verification: legal obligation for adult content (Art. 6.1.c).
Queries: explicit consent when contacting us (Art. 6.1.a).

4. Data Retention Period

General queries: maximum 12 months.
Non-selected candidacies: maximum 60 days.
Production contracts: as required by tax and image rights legislation in Spain.

5. External Services

This site is tracker-free. We only use:

Cloudflare Inc.: Technical security (IPs). Does not identify users.
Google Search Console: Aggregate statistical indexing.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: Access, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction, Portability, and Objection.
